Lovely hotel, very central location in the middle of the street, pleasant staff, comfortable bar area. Exceptionally comfortable bed, neat room with a pleasant view of cathedral. Facilities - a storage, a dining area, and big windows. The service in the property was terrific. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

I was offered a room with great views of the cathedral. Very clean bed, I slept like a baby. The service was terrific, I had 2 special nights here. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too. The hotel was in a magnificent and stunning location, so close to the city centre. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Maray that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We were there for 4 days, everything was fine, enjoyed its perfect location so close to Echo arena & Albert dock, and the large Liverpool 1 shopping centre and pedestrian precinct with loads of shops. The staff was caring and flexible and check in was friendly.
